So with all these journeys and all this data, you need to be able to siphon what matters into the tools, audience and segments that matter to you. There are a myriad of ways to achieve this but we are going to look at two primary methods. One is a simple native integration from Autopilot, and the other is webhooks, which allow you to push data to any corner of the web.
Webhooks are simple URLs that are set up to receive or send, information from one “endpoint” to another. They can be incredibly useful when native integrations don’t exist, or when the native integration doesn’t offer the fields or content you want to send.
