Here we start to look at “post-click” interactions. Post-click refers to the first user experience that individual has after engaging with a pay per click ad, paid social post or any other offer or promotion.
Your post-click experience needs to be tailored to the individual based on the content they engaged with, and there are various ways to do this, which is what we will look at during this unit.
This is also a form of conversion rate optimization or CRO, but the main focus here is growth strategy. While CRO is focused on refining the growth strategy that is already in place.
